The Clown Prince of Crime

This is a picture I drew some time ago which I decided to color in.

Somehow, I can never truly draw a specific look of Batman or The Joker. No matter how many times I draw them, they always end up looking different from one another (which isn't necessarily a bad thing, though I do wish I could come up with a more consistant design). Anyway, this is probably my best depiction of The Joker I could draw. I based him pretty much off Mark Hamill's Joker from "Batman: The Animated Series." I also used my DC Superheroes Joker figure as a reference as well.

If I ever get a career in animation, one of the things I'd love to do is create a new Batman animated series. I don't really think my drawings would really help with it though. Luckily "Batman" is a very well known form of media, so hopefully I'll be able to get inspiration for the series from different ideas from numerous writers and artists working on the show. At least, I hope I make it that far.
