Yes. I'm officially retiring from drawing Marilyn.
I really don't wanna lose interest in drawing her, but I'm afraid I have. As some of you might know, Marilyn was the first OC I drew on a regular basis when I first started using DA. I started drawing her during my freshman year of high school and I continued to draw and write stories revolving around her and the world she inhabits ever since. She was the breakthrough character that helped me come out of my shell and express my own ideas to the world. Had it not been for Marilyn, I would not be where I am today.
But, after drawing her for almost 7 years now, I don't think I really need to continue drawing Marilyn. I guess I don't really have any new stories to tell with her anymore. I've been hesitant about telling my viewers about retiring Marilyn for a long time now. It really pains me to straight-out say "No More Marilyn!" because she still holds a very special place in my heart. I just figured if I gradually stopped posting Marilyn pics altogether, it'd get the message across. However, since people continue to ask me if I'll draw more Marilyn pictures, I guess this is a better time than ever to tell you guys. I just can't meet up with the demand my viewers are asking of me.
I'm really sorry. I don't mean to disappoint people who've been waiting so long for more Marilyn drawings. For those who watch my DA profile exclusively for Marilyn drawings, feel free to unwatch.
If you wish to make fan art with Marilyn, then go right ahead! I don't mind as long as you credit me as her original creator. Plus, you're always free to check out Marilyn's artwork in my gallery and her fan club.

I'm not giving up on Marilyn altogether. I might do little tributes here and there, kinda like what I did with my "POP! Vinyl Figure Ideas" drawing.
Of course, I can't guarantee that I'll continue that trend. I don't like getting categorized for just one, specific theme or genre. I like to see variety in my work. It's time to move on.
I hope you can forgive me.

7,000 WATCHERS!
I've officially reached over 7,000 watchers! Thank you so much to everyone who's watching me, both long-time watchers and newcomers! I've been on this site for 14 years now. It's nice to know so many people share an interest in my work. 2023 was waaaaaaay better than 2022! My mom has been doing so much better. Not only has she given up smoking and drinking, but she also got a new job working at the senior center and has quite a few friends and family members to talk to now. I'm extremely thankful she's doing so well. On top of that, I was able to knock off quite a few things I wanted to accomplish last year. Not to mention, it was a great year to be a kaiju fan! I still can't get over how much I enjoyed Godzilla Minus One, let alone how much praise and success that movie has gotten (Well deserved, may I add)! As always, I look forward to posting new drawing this year! Thanks again for following me and for all of your love and support! I hope to post some new drawings real soon! ^^
Happy 30!
Yep. I'm officially 30 years old now. Thank you so much to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday and for all the excellent gift art! -- -- To be honest, the greatest Birthday gift I've ever gotten came in advance in Japan a month prior and it just so happened to make its U.S. premiere on my Birthday of all days. -- -- I honestly cannot believe how much praise this movie is getting. It feels like a dream.
6,000 WATCHERS!
I've officially reached 6,000 watchers today! :D Thank you so much for sharing so much love and support for my work! As some of you may know, it's been an extremely hectic year for me. My mom just came back from rehab a few weeks ago and I've been working very hard to help her as much as I can while she's been recovering, hence, why I haven't been able to post any new drawings, recently. But rest assured, I'm still sketching out new ideas whenever I can. Thanks again for following me and I hope to post some new drawings real soon! ^^
Worst KOTM Memory
Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) was the very last Godzilla movie I saw with my dad. One of the worst memories I have with KOTM, and one I'll never forget, is when we first saw KOTM together in the theater when it first came out. First of all, my first impression of the movie was TERRIBLE! The only good theater we had in our hometown was playing it in 3D. Not only was it a bad movie we had to pay extra to see, but the screen we saw it on kept glitching up every 15 or 20 minutes! The moment I'll never forget is when the movie ended, and the credits rolled. As soon as the end credits came on, I looked at the screen in contempt and disappointment, thinking, "Really, THAT'S it?! We had to wait 5 years to see that?!" But the worst part is when my dad leaned over to me and whispered, in an annoyed and discouraging tone, "It could've been better." I felt so awful when he said that, not because he, specifically, said that, but because I had my heart set so hard on KOTM being a
